Using the gorgeous Mirror Mate Frames, Designed With Grace & Joy can measure, order and install a beautiful new frame for your bathroom mirrors. Consultations are free, but there is a two hour minimum for frame installation.
A unique service to Designed With Grace & Joy! We can "warm up" your vacant listing with a few small accents and special touches, to help the home feel less sterile. You’ll be provided with a full customized written report on recommended action items, including paint colors, minor home repairs and general suggestions. Cost includes consultation, and for an additional fee, Designed With Grace & Joy can shop and stage the property with items to give it A Touch of Warmth!

Working off of agreed shopping list, I go to my favorite spots to identify key items that will make a huge difference in the sale or style of your home.
Cash is collected up front and receipts are provided along with items to the client’s home. Service follows an in-home consultation.
We will work from our 8-step FEEL HOME action plan began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home (does not include heavy art or furniture). Homeowner will be left with a list of “action items,” that will complete the transformation. Perfect for the day before an open house or professional photos, so that we can make sure items from the Consultation were completed and the home looks beautiful! Service follows an in-home consultation.
Design Plan is made prior to staging day, so that we get the most from the day. Accessories are chosen and brought to the home to provide seller with a photographic list of shopping items that make a difference in the photos. Expect to roll up your sleeves and spend a day working side-by-side staging and photographing each room. We will start with the main areas and expand from there as time allows. Service follows an in-home consultation.
